Terms & Conditions

Winning bidders agree to contact Mission Share either by phone at 585.368.0744 or email at msocdirector@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving notification of a winning bid.  Arrangements to physically transfer merchandise will be discussed at that time.  

Our preference is to mail gift certificates and gift cards whose winning bid value is $250 or less.  Unless specifically noted in the auction item description - gift baskets, gift bags, and items valued at $251 or greater must be picked up at 10 Cedarfield Commons, Rochester NY 14612 within 5 business days of auction close.  

Payment of the winning bid amount may be processed on line via PayPal or by cash and/or check made payable to Mission Share Inc.  Personal checks written in the amount of $1000 or greater must clear the bank prior to merchandise being released.  Items paid for by bank draft or money order will be transferred immediately upon receipt of payment.  Payments by check or money order may be mailed to Mission Share Inc, 10 Cedarfield Cmns, Rochester NY 14612.
